ABOUT THE DEVELOPER
Tikari Works is an award winning architecture & construction studio established in London by Nicola and Ty Tikari. The studio fuses the disciplines of architecture, construction and property development into a form of practice that strives to acquire, design and make buildings and spaces.
The work of the practice is underpinned by a strong desire to find design solutions that combine pragmatism with a soulful, craft-based approach. With each project the practice tries to engage with the art of making in a way that is rigorously analytical and tackles design solutions in manner that is all-inclusive, exciting and meaningful.
This holistic approach informs all of their work, and helps the practice to resolve the often conflicting dynamics of making buildings in today’s complex social and urban environments. The practice currently has a portfolio which is residential focused, ranging from one-off houses to larger multi-unit developments.
